2. Services Offered

We provide AI prompt optimization tools, analytics dashboards, prompt health summaries, and under-development tools like LLM judges. These tools are aimed at helping users improve prompt efficiency and cost-effectiveness when using large language models.

Note: DoCoreAI is actively evolving. We welcome feedback from early adopters to shape new features and improvements.

3. User Registration

User registration is required to access prompt metrics, dashboards, and personalized reports. We begin tracking and associating data with your account only after successful registration.

4. Data Ownership & Usage

You retain ownership of your prompts and data. We do not claim ownership of your inputs or reports. We may use anonymized, aggregated usage data to improve service quality and performance.

DoCoreAI does not store or retain customer prompt content or model outputs; only non-content telemetry metrics are processed as described in our Security and Privacy pages.

5. Payment & Subscription

We currently offer subscriptions for access to advanced features. All charges are clearly displayed before any transaction is completed. Fees are non-refundable once services are provided, except where required by applicable law.

However, you may cancel your upcoming subscription renewals anytime via your account settings. No hidden fees apply.

6. Technical Reliability

While we strive to ensure 99.9% uptime and accurate analytics, our services are offered "as-is" and we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times.

7. Limitation of Liability

MobiLights is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use DoCoreAI.com services.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
