Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy explains how billing, cancellations, and refunds work for DoCoreAI's paid subscription plans. It applies alongside our Terms of Service and our Pricing page, which has the latest details on plans and availability.
- DoCoreAI is currently free. The Free plan and Design Partner Program involve no payment — there's nothing to refund or cancel today.
- This policy governs future paid plans (Pro and Enterprise), launching via Paddle.
- Cancel anytime from Account Settings — your plan stays active until the end of the current billing cycle.
- No prorated refunds for unused time, except for duplicate charges or billing errors on our part.
- Refund requests: email info@docoreai.com within 7 days of the charge.
01Current Status: Free Plans & Design Partner Program
DoCoreAI is currently free to use. The Free plan ($0, up to 100,000 API requests/month, no credit card required) and the Design Partner Program (full platform access at zero cost for select enterprise teams) involve no payment — so there's currently nothing to cancel or refund.

02General Policy
By subscribing to a paid DoCoreAI plan, you agree to the refund and cancellation terms below. We aim for transparency: subscription charges are generally final once a billing cycle begins, but certain situations — like duplicate charges or billing errors — may be eligible for a refund.
03Eligible Refund Scenarios
We'll consider a refund in the following cases:
- Duplicate payments — you were inadvertently charged more than once for the same billing period
- Billing errors — you were charged an incorrect amount due to an error on our part, such as the wrong plan tier being applied
- Access-blocking technical issues — a platform issue prevented you from accessing the plan you paid for, where the issue was not caused by your own environment or configuration
If your situation matches one of these, contact us within 7 days of the charge — see Section 8.
04Non-Refundable Charges
Once a billing cycle begins, subscription fees for that cycle are non-refundable — including usage already consumed, such as API requests processed, telemetry stored, or dashboard access during that period.
This section doesn't apply to the Free plan or the Design Partner Program, since no payment is collected for either.
05Cancellations
You can cancel a paid subscription at any time from Account Settings. Cancelling stops future billing — your current plan remains active until the end of the billing cycle you've already paid for, after which your account reverts to the Free plan, subject to Free plan limits.
06No Prorated Refunds
We don't provide partial or prorated refunds for unused time remaining in a billing cycle, except under the scenarios described in Section 3. Access continues, as described in Section 5, until the cycle ends.
07Annual Subscriptions
Where annual pricing is available — contact saji.john@docoreai.com to discuss — the same principles apply. Cancelling an annual plan stops future renewal, and the current annual term continues until it ends. Refunds for unused months of an annual term are handled under Sections 3 and 6 above.
08How to Request a Refund or Cancellation
Email info@docoreai.com within 7 days of the charge in question. Include your account email and a brief description of the issue. We'll review your request and respond within a few business days.
09Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as our pricing and plans evolve — particularly as Pro and Enterprise subscriptions launch. Material changes will be posted here and communicated via email or an in-dashboard notice.
