Terms of Service
These Terms govern your access to and use of DoCoreAI — our privacy-first SDK and platform for autonomous AI cost governance. By installing the DoCoreAI SDK, creating an account, or using any part of the service, you agree to these Terms.
- You own your data. DoCoreAI never stores your prompts or model outputs — only cost and token metadata.
- Paid plans available. A 60-day free governance pilot is available. Paid tiers start at $49/mo. See our pricing page for current plans.
- The SDK is closed-source. Please don't redistribute, resell, or reverse-engineer it.
- Actively developed software. DoCoreAI is moving fast — features may change. Evaluate in non-critical environments before relying on it for production-critical governance decisions.
- Autonomous ≠ unsupervised. DoCoreAI's pacing and governance features support your decisions — you remain responsible for your LLM provider billing.

01The DoCoreAI Service
DoCoreAI is a privacy-first SDK that runs alongside your application. At startup, it patches supported LLM provider SDKs — including OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, Groq, AWS Bedrock, and Ollama — within the same Python process as your application. It listens before and after each LLM call, extracts cost and token metadata locally, and applies governance, budget pacing, and token prediction decisions autonomously.
DoCoreAI does not sit in your application's call path. Your app calls the LLM provider directly, unchanged. Only metadata — never prompt content or model output — is sent to DoCoreAI Cloud for aggregation, dashboards, and alerts.
DoCoreAI is currently at version 2.1.0, distributed via PyPI, and is actively evolving. Features, integrations, and supported providers may be added, changed, or removed as the product develops.
02Eligibility & Accounts
To access the DoCoreAI dashboard, telemetry aggregation, and token management features, you must register for an account using a valid work email address. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, and have authority to bind your organisation if registering on its behalf.
You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and up to date, and for all activity that occurs under your account.
03Software Licence & Restrictions
Subject to these Terms, DoCoreAI grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the DoCoreAI SDK (pip install docoreai) for the purpose of monitoring and governing your own LLM usage.
You agree not to:
- Redistribute, sublicense, sell, lease, or rent the DoCoreAI SDK or any part of it
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the SDK, except where such restriction is prohibited by applicable law
- Use the SDK to build or support a product or service that competes directly with DoCoreAI
- Remove, obscure, or alter any proprietary notices contained in the SDK
- Share, transfer, or make available your installation licence tokens to third parties outside your organisation
As of version 2.0, the DoCoreAI SDK is closed-source. All rights not expressly granted to you in these Terms are reserved by DoCoreAI.
04Data, Privacy & Telemetry
DoCoreAI's architecture is privacy-first by design. The SDK runs locally in your application's environment and extracts only cost, token, latency, and performance metadata. Your prompts and model responses are never transmitted to or stored by DoCoreAI.
Each customer's prediction model trains locally on their own telemetry only. Your usage data is not shared with or used to improve models for other customers. Full details of what is collected and how it is used are set out in our Privacy Policy.
You retain full ownership of your data, prompts, and outputs. DoCoreAI claims no ownership rights over your content.
05API Tokens & Account Security
DoCoreAI issues environment-level tokens to authenticate the SDK with DoCoreAI Cloud. Each token is tied to a specific installation environment. You are responsible for keeping your tokens confidential and for all activity carried out under them.
Tokens are generated at docoreai.com and configured via the docoreai config command. If you believe a token has been compromised, regenerate it immediately from your Account Settings and notify us at [email protected].
06Pricing & Subscriptions
Free Governance Pilot
DoCoreAI offers a 60-day free governance pilot — full feature access at no charge, limited to 1,000 prompts per day and one installation licence. A valid work email address is required. The pilot expires automatically at 60 days and does not convert to a paid plan without your explicit action.
Paid Subscription Plans
Paid plans are available from $49/mo (Startup) to $1,499/mo (Enterprise). Full plan details, feature availability, and current pricing are published at docoreai.com/pricing/. Prices are in USD.
- Startup, Team, and Scale plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time from your Account Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Enterprise plans are available on annual terms. Invoice and purchase order payment is supported. Contact us to discuss multi-year terms and volume discounts.
- Custom plans are available for organisations with requirements beyond the Enterprise tier. Pricing and terms are agreed individually.
Billing & Payment
Subscription fees are charged at the start of each billing period. Startup, Team, and Scale plans are charged to a credit or debit card. Enterprise plans additionally support invoice and purchase order payment.
We reserve the right to update pricing with reasonable notice. Existing subscribers will be notified at least 30 days before any price change takes effect. For refund and cancellation terms, see our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
07Actively Developed Software Disclaimer
DoCoreAI is under active development. Features may be added, modified, or removed as the product evolves based on real-world usage and customer feedback. We will communicate material changes via email or in-dashboard notice where practical.
While we aim for high reliability, the service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind — including warranties of uninterrupted availability or error-free operation. We recommend validating DoCoreAI in a staging environment before relying on it for production-critical governance decisions.
In particular: DoCoreAI activates via a .pth file injected into your Python environment. If this file fails to load due to environment misconfiguration, governance will not apply and LLM calls will proceed unmanaged. Always verify your installation before deploying to production.
08Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the DoCoreAI service or its infrastructure
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system, account, or data belonging to DoCoreAI or other users
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose, or in violation of applicable export control or sanctions laws
- Process data through DoCoreAI that you are not legally permitted to process under applicable data protection law
- Use automation to circumvent prompt or installation licence limits on any plan
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any account found to be in violation of these Terms, without prior notice where necessary to protect the service or other users.
09Intellectual Property
The DoCoreAI name, logo, and related branding are trademarks of DoCoreAI / MobiLights. The SDK, cloud dashboard, documentation, prediction models, and all underlying technology are the intellectual property of DoCoreAI and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you, except for the limited licence described in Section 03.
10Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DoCoreAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities — arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service.
DoCoreAI's autonomous budget pacing, governance, and token prediction features are decision-support tools. You remain solely responsible for monitoring your own LLM provider billing and for any costs incurred, regardless of any pacing, prediction, or governance action taken by DoCoreAI.
Where liability cannot be excluded by law, DoCoreAI's total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to DoCoreAI in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of DoCoreAI shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
Enterprise customers may request an alternative governing law provision as part of a separately negotiated Master Services Agreement. Contact [email protected] to discuss.
12Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time as the product evolves. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-dashboard notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of DoCoreAI after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
